BizStack Assistant enables the conversion of data into knowledge and the creation of customer value
Panasonic Corporation, as part of its long-term environmental vision "Panasonic GREEN IMPACT," aims to achieve a carbon-neutral society by covering 100% of the energy consumed in its business activities with renewable energy through its "RE100 Solution." As part of this effort, the demonstration facility "H2 KIBOU FIELD," which combines pure hydrogen fuel cells with solar cells and storage batteries to create a self-sufficient power generation system, began operation in April 2022. Through this demonstration project, Panasonic Corporation is accumulating know-how and data on energy management, realizing efficient local production and consumption of energy.

Difficulty of selecting optimal information for customers from a wide range of data
In the field of environmental energy, when proposing solutions, it is necessary to quantitatively and specifically demonstrate the effects of the implementation on decarbonized management, not just provide product information. However, selecting and providing the optimal information for customers from a wide range of data is not something everyone can do. Currently, this task is person-dependent and the information varies. For example, data and information such as the operating status of systems during a typhoon cannot be immediately retrieved, making it difficult to provide customers with specific and highly specialized proposals.
Results
Improved proposal capabilities for customers through conversion of accumulated data into "Knowledge"
This improvement enhances the ability to make proposals to customers, which is expected to result in increased customer satisfaction. Additionally, by using BizStack Assistant, Panasonic can output the value provided by its solutions and the operational data of demonstration facilities consistently, without any variations. As a result, it has become easier for customers to understand the non-financial value of the solutions, which was previously difficult to convey through person-dependent customer interactions. We will continue to monitor the progress after the implementation and quantify the improvement in customer satisfaction.

Future Prospects
Aim to provide services that achieve carbon neutrality
In the future, we aim to support customers who have implemented Panasonic's solutions to promote decarbonized management internally. By enhancing reporting capabilities, we will be able to provide data demonstrating non-financial values, such as environmental performance. This will expand opportunities for customers to create credits, such as obtaining ICPs and subsidies, thereby increasing customer value. Moreover, we aim to elevate the accumulated "knowledge" to an even higher level of "wisdom," updating it to a highly specialized consulting function. Our goal is to provide a service business that will be chosen as the foremost solution for addressing social issues to achieve carbon neutrality.
